Ich setze den Text lieber per copy & paste, weil wenn ich den link setze, nicht sicher sein kann dass dieser von jedem hier VOR dem Antworten geöffnet und gelesen wird.

Ich mache ja auch copy&paste, setzte aber darunter den Link als Quellenangabe... das meinte ich

- A medical certificate issued from the country where the application is submitted, showing no prohibitive diseases as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No.14 (B.E. 2535) (certificate shall be valid for not more than three months and should be notarised by notary organs or the applicant’s diplomatic or consular mission).

- In the case where the accompanying spouse is not eligible to apply for the Category ‘O-A’ (Long Stay) visa, he or she will be considered for temporary stay under Category ‘O’ visa. A marriage certificate must be provided as evidence and should be notarised by notary organs or by the applicant’s diplomatic or consular mission.

...und da steht gar nicht's von wieviel Monate das Geld liegen muss...

Das ist alles lokal verschieden. Wie schon gesagt Ermessensspielraum der Botschaften und Konsulate. Wie alles, was mit Thailand zu tun hat, der eine sagt hueh, der andere hopp, der Dritte mai mii. Regeln sollte man daraus nicht versuchen zu deuten.

Genau so ist es.

Deswegen ist es in Thailand auch nicht sinnvoll zu soetwas einfach zu sagen, dass sei falsch:

Falsch!

Entweder 800,000 Baht auf dem Konto oder eine monatl. Rente von 65,000 Baht oder eine Kombination aus beidem.

Wenn Sie von dir beides wollen hast du wohl was falsch gemacht und jemand hat was gegen dich!

In diesem Fall hat xander sicherlich recht. Und Mac meinte (dem ich zustimme) wahrscheinlich auch nicht diesen Fall, sondern die unterschiedliche Handhabung (statt Ermessen kann man da auch von Willkür reden) von Kombinationen und Nachweis-Modalitäten.

Deswegen ist es in Thailand auch nicht sinnvoll zu soetwas einfach zu sagen, dass sei falsch:

In dem Fall ja, ist es... auch die Immigration muss sich an ihre Regeln halten... das ist geltendes Recht wir sprechen hier ja nicht von einem FS oder dem gelben Hausbuch, wo es tatsächlich lokal Unterschiede von den geforderten Unterlagen gibt!

Ich bin ja noch nicht in die Bredouille gekommen, aber ich würde denen dann schon einen Ausdruck ihrer eigenen Angaben unter die Nase halten... da ich in BKK gemeldet bin, kann ich mir auch schwer Vorstellen, dass ich in die Situation kommen werde
