Frage zum Aufenthalt und Visa

Hallo Gemeinsam,

eine Frage . Ich bin deutscher Staatsbürger Reise in drei Wochen nach Thailand ein ohne VISa da ich keine Zeit mehr hatte eines zu beantragen, bin aktuell in Russland . Mein Weiterflug ist 58 Tage später nach Vietnam gemeinsam mit meiner russischen Freundin. Frage : ich verlängere nach 30 Tagen nochmals um 30 Tage bei der immigration . Geht das bei meiner Freundin auch (sprich russischen Staatsbürgern) ? Ich bin anschließend mit ihr zwei Wochen in Saigon und wir wollen dann zurück nach Thailand längere Zeit . Kann man in Thailand auch selbst ein VISA für Thailand irgendwie beantragen oder muss ich zur Thai Botschaft nach Saigon .

Zu Deiner russischen Freundin: Russland hat ein bilaterales Abkommen mit Thailand geschlossen.


Citizens of Russia are permitted to stay up to 30 days under the Bilateral Agreement with Thailand if entering via international airport or through a land border checkpoint from a neighboring country, e.g., Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia.Please note that you must be in possession of the following if you wish to visit Thailand:

• A valid passport.You will need a passport valid for at least 6 months following your departure date. It is also recommended that your valid passport have at least 2 remaining unused pages for any necessary entry and exit stamps that may be issued.
• A confirmed travel itinerary
• Proof of funds and accommodation.

Kann man in Thailand auch selbst ein VISA für Thailand irgendwie beantragen oder muss ich zur Thai Botschaft nach Saigon .

1. REQUIREMENT
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom for tourism purposes .
2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
• Visa application form completely filled out (download / online fill-in)
• Recent( 4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant.
• Evidence of travel (air/bus ticket IN and OUT Thailand)
  - Copy of confirmed or reserved round-trip ticket from the airline
  - The ticket must show the applicant’s name.
  - E-mail bookings with no ticket number or PNR number will not be accepted
  - In case of impossible to show the ticket with the applicant's name, please show the receipt of the evidence of travel.
• Accomodation / Place of stay
  **Copy of confirmed hotel reservation
  - Proof of accommodation to stay covering at least half of the trip with complete information.
  - Hotel reservation must start from the date of arrival into Thailand.
  - The name of the person (including family members with children or accompanying person names) applying for visa must appear on the hotel reservation.
  **For applicants staying with friends/family members with accommodation in Thailand, please provide the following documents:
  - If the person you are staying with is a Thai Nationality, please provide a copy of his/her Thai Identity card and copy of Thai house registration
  - If the person you are staying with is a foreigner living in Thailand, please provide a copy of passport, copy of Thai work permit, copy of accommodation ownership documents or rental agreement
• Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family)
• Additional documents for some specific countries, please visit here.

**Applicants of 6 months Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa are required to submit the following documents :

• Copy of Vietnamese Temporary/Permanent Resident Card with validity not less than 6 months.
• Letter of Employment / Vietnamese Work-Permit.
• Evidence of accommodation booking
• Evidence of adequate finance: at least 200,000 THB/ 5,700 USD per person (6 months financial statement) or 400,000 THB/ 11,400 USD per family

**Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary
3. VISA APPLICATION FEE (accept in USD by cash only)
40 USD for Single-Entry
200 USD for Multiple-Entry
4. PROCESSING TIME
Two working days.
5. VALIDITY OF A VISA
Single-entry: 3 months
Multiple-entry: 6 months
6. PERIOD OF STAY
Upon arrival, travellers with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 60 days.
The Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa holder may enter Thailand again as long as the visa is still valid.
7. EXTENSION OF STAY
Those who wish to stay longer or may wish to change their type of visa must file an application for permission at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Government Complex Building B, Chaengwattana Soi 7, Laksi, Bangkok 10210, Tel 0-2141-9889 http://www.immigration.go.th . The extension of stay as well as the change of certain type of visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer.
8. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Nationals of certain countries are required to apply for a visa only at the Thai Embassy or Consulate-General in their home/residence country or at the designated Thai Embassy. Therefore, travellers are adivised to contact the nearest Thai Embassy or Consulate-General to find out where they may apply for a visa to Thailand before departure.
Additional documents required for citizens from some countries in South Asia / Middle East / Africa/ the People’s Republic of China, Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
Citizens from the following countries can apply for visa at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City if they have residence in Vietnam or meet certain conditions.
If not, applicants must apply for visa in their home countries.

Danke für die Antwort . Es wird kein Problem sein wenn wir einreisen und sie erst für 58 Tage später einen Weiterflug hat oder . Und wie ist die Handhabung auf der Immigration bekommmen Russen auch 30 Tage problemlos verlängert wie zB wir deutsche .das Problem ist tourist Visa wird nur in Moskau ausgestellt das sind 700 km von uns .

ich würde Euch empfehlen, in Saigon nicht auf die Botschaft zu gehen, weil deren Anforderungen viel zu kompliziert sind

Besser ihr macht eine Wiedereinreise auf Visa-Exemption (visafrei) . .eine Zweite nach der ersten. Auch SIE wird selbst über eine Landgrenze nochmal 30 Tage erhalten (bilaterales Abkommen Russland/Thailand) über einen Airport auch.

und begebt Euch vor Ablauf der 30-Tage nach Vientiane, Laos oder Penang, Malaysia. Dort ist der Erhalt eines Tourist-Visa für Euch beide

SETV (Single re-entry) mit wesentlich weniger Aufwand verbunden

Beachte die erforderlichen Nachweise

Das weiß ich leider nicht im Voraus, ob das mit dem Weiterflug AUSSERHALB der Gültigkeitsdauer des 30-Tage Visums kein Problem werden wird.

Das kann unter Umständen schon beim Einchecken ins Flugzeug nach Thailand ein Problem sein. Manche Airlines bestehen darauf, dass ein Weiterflug egal mit welcher Airline innerhalb der 30 Tage Frist erfolgen muss. Das gilt übrigens auch für Dich. Ich habe schon Berichte gelesen, dass sich manche extra ein billiges stornierbares Ticket kaufen, um einen Weiterflug nachweisen zu können. Kostet bei z.B. Air Asia der billigste Flug 36,oo US Dollar pro Person

Verlängerung um 30 Tage: Ja, auch Deine Freundin bekommt auf der Immigration in TH eine Verlängerung für weitere 30 Tage

In Vientiane, LAOS, bekommt ihr auf die 2 Visa Exempts auf jeden Fall noch ein 90-Tage Single Entry Tourist Visa (60 Tage plus 30 Verlängerung auf der Immigration)

achtet bei JEDER Eurer Einreisen darauf das jeder Bargeld mit sich führt von mindestens 20,000 THB (oder das Äquivalent in anderer Währung, USD oder Euro) vorweisen kann für den Fall dass danach gefragt wird.
