Sehr gutes Beispiel .
Ein Bekannter von mir , hat einen Beratervertrag mit einer chin. Firma .
Er war wegen Corona jetzt 3 Monate außer Landes
Jetzt kam die Einladung zurück zu kommen .
Die Einladung mit Visumantrag nach Berlin zur Botschaft , mit negativem Corona Test ,
ist er schon seit ca. 3 Wochen in China .
Unterschied zu Thailand ??????

Nach meiner Meinung hat China nicht profitiert , aber es hat wirtschaftlich weniger gelitten .
Nach meinen geringen Kenntnissen hat das 2 Hauptgründe .
1. Die Ch. Regierung ordnet alles dem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unter .
2. Die Corona Krise war hauptsächlich im Süd-Osten des großen Landes , weiter westlich von Wuhan ,
zB Chongquing , ging das Leben und die Wirtschaft normal weiter . Ich habe immer noch Verbindung zu
einer Firma in Chengdu , da war zwar vor Jahren ein großes Erdbeben , aber von Corona Maßnahmen
haben die dort nur im TV gesehen .

Mir kommt dabei nur ein Gedanke. China und SOA haben ganz einfach das richtige gemacht.

The latest blood test on a woman from Loei suspected of having Covid-19 confirmed she was previously infected with the deadly virus and now has Covid-19 antibodies, according to the director of Ramathibodi Hospital.

The hospital has ordered public health officials to test 24 people who were in close contact with her.

Dr Surasak Leela-Udomlipi, director of the Ramathibodi Hospital, yesterday told a press conference that the hospital conducted a RT-PCR test on her on Tuesday that returned a positive result.

Two more tests were administered on the same day and yesterday and both came back negative. The hospital then conducted another blood test on her and the result came back positive.

"This means she was once infected with the disease as we have found the virus antibodies in her body. We can conclude she has already recovered from the disease. But she needs to stay at the hospital for a while and await the results of viral culture testing", he said, adding that this test is done to prove whether the virus in her can spread to others.

According to the disease investigation team from the Department of Disease Control (DDC), the 35-year-old woman from Loei who had returned from the United Arab Emirates stayed in a state quarantine facility in Chon Buri province from June 24 to July 9. After completing her mandatory quarantine, a test showed she was free of the disease so she went home on July 9 and was in contact with five people.

She visited friends at Pak Chom Hospital in July and had close contact with six other people. She went to a restaurant on Aug 12 or 13 and had contact with three people.

She then stayed at the Buddy Place Hotel in Bangkok on Aug 12 and was in close contact with four others (two friends and two housekeepers).

She went to the hospital on Aug 18 and had contact with six people, comprising one taxi driver, three medical staff and two friends.

She was later admitted to the Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute in Samut Prakan on Wednesday.

"We are going to take those 24 close contact people in for laboratory testing and the results are going to come out shortly. However, if the 104 people who stayed in the hotel feel unhappy with the case, they can come to test for the virus as well," says Dr Walairat Chaifoo, chief of the Epidemiology Division of the Department of Disease Control.

The Ministry of Public Health has advised people not to panic and that the venues the Loei woman visited can operate as usual.

Ramathibodi Hospital said it is quite sure the woman was infected abroad, and not in Thailand.

welche Testkits fälschlicherweise NEGATIV Ergebnisse anzeigen,
obwohl andere Testkits diese als POSITIV ausweisen.

Es wird nun mehr im Umfeld getestet, wieder unklar, mit welchen Testkits,
und der Leser, wie auch die Bevölkerung wird in Unklarheit gelassen,

was bei denen die Frage erzeugt :

Warum muss eine Thailänderin, die im Ausland arbeitet,
mit viel Mühe aus dem Ausland nach Thailand eingeflogen werden,
um 2 Monate später wieder zu entscheiden, dass sie ins Ausland will, um weiter zu arbeiten.

Dieses ganze hin und her gefährdet doch nur die Bevölkerung,
nur weil eine Person für 2 Monate bei ihrer Familie sein will.

soll diese Stimmung bewusst erzeugt werden, oder ist das wie eine Geisterfahrt,
das nur die offizielle Presseerklärung veröffentlicht wird,
und man über die Folgen der Erklärung bei Regierung und Presse uninteressiert ist,

weil man die Stimmung schon lange nicht mehr steuert, sondern weil man getrieben ist.

China is not yet ready to welcome international tourists, says a senior embassy official in Bangkok. Speaking to Nation Thailand, Yang Xin from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Thailand, says that, while domestic tourism has resumed in China, the country is not yet ready to open its borders to foreign tourists, nor is it encouraging its own citizens to travel abroad. He adds that even if Chinese tourists did want to return to Thailand, the current border closures mean they are unable to do so.


In more normal times, China accounts for around 10 million of the nearly 40 million foreign visitors to the Kingdom each year (2019 figures from TAT). However, despite numerous discussions about a safe re-opening, with various plans being put on the table and taken back off it again, Thailand is also closed to foreign tourists for the foreseeable.


A plan to use Phuket as a pilot programme, allowing limited foreign tourists to return in a strictly controlled manner, actually looked like it might happen – until the discovery of Thailand’s first locally transmitted Covid-19 case in over 3 months. That plan too is also off the table, according to the Governor of the TAT.

Like Thailand, China is re-opening for foreign business travellers and a few other small categories. In China, those approved to travel do not have to carry out a 14 day quarantine, but are limited in where they can travel within the country. Yang says that China has now managed to bring the virus under control and schools have been re-opened after months of closure. He adds that the country has not set a target for economic growth this year, instead concentrating on the labour market and job creation, as well as improving living standards. Like Thailand, various stimulus packages are in place to help small to medium-sized businesses.

Asked about Hong Kong, he says the recent introduction of the national security law has stabilised the volatile political situation, claiming that, while China remains committed to the principle of ‘one country, two systems’, other nations that interfere “are trying to create a two-country system”.

tja, das hat der Chines' sich letzten Endes selbst mit seinem China Virus eingebrockt. Weltweit werden sich jetzt Natur, Infrastruktur der ehemals durch den Chinaman plattgewalzten Touri- Rennstrecken wohl schnell erholen. Bedauerlich, daß sich weltweit der Einzelhandel (Ramsch, "draußen nur Kännchen", Dirndl u. Lolex) nicht so schnell auf ein chinesenfreies Geschäft umstellen kann u. erst einmal die Rückstellungen der früheren, üppigen Verdienste verfrühstückt...
